Goodness. It's about 3:30am on March 29, 2001 as I write this. For those of you who don't know, I found out last Friday that Sun Myung Moon (Unification Church founder) is stopping at Brown Memorial Baptist in Baltimore on his nationwide speaking tour this year.

You heard it right- an evangelical church is giving Him a hearing. It's not too surprising to me, though, since we're seeing 2 Peter 2 and 1 Tim. 4 be fulfilled right before our eyes.

Myself and other apologists have made it a priority to attend Moon's functions wherever he shows up, passing out materials. Bro. Rafael Martinez (again! Thanks Raf!) has a 4 part series on Moon up on his site at http://www.spiritwatch.org/unchurch.htm . Bro. Fred Mills of True Light Educational Ministries also has a file up on the front page of his site at http://www.tlem.net .

I've produced two tracts to be downloaded from the web and duplicated wherever needed around the nation wherever Moon shows up.

I had my Pastor speak with the pastor from Brown Memorial Baptist, and sadly, the man is either decieved or does not care about the doctrinal integrity of the Christian faith.

Originally, I'd planned on gathering about 20-30 folks and passing out materials- unfortunately, most of the folks I'd been hoping on this week have cancelled on me at the last minute. It might just be me and my Pastor later tonight. Moon speaks at 6pm. Keep us in prayer as we prepare for war later this evening.

In the meantime, I'm busy faxing off press releases and e-mailing folks NOW. Keep this great effort in prayer constantly.

I have 50 questions to complete on my mid-term exam that I've been procrastinating on and I need sleep badly.
